We, at Amar, believe in qualitative growth which can only be achieved by adequate research and development. To follow our belief, we have collaborated with a specialized Research and Development Centre, Ludhiana. We also have a specialized designing cell within our organization which uses CAD and CAM to develop new models and including our own tooling (dies and molds) for all processes.

• CNC Vertical Machining Centre (Takisawa with Siemens Control system)
• EDM machines
• Elaborate Tool Room to make press tools, plastic moulds, forging dies and machining fixtures

• After CAD, product prototyping on solid fiber and then on steel is done to test it for all parameters.
